Communities
The term “community” refers to message boards, comments, chats, or other means of interacting with students on Gypsy & Jazz, whether public or private. Registration as specified on Gypsy & Jazz is required for participation in any community. Forbidden posts include any material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, invades a person’s privacy, violates intellectual or other property rights, or that would otherwise violate any law. Soliciting funds and advertising or soliciting goods or services are strictly prohibited. You may only post material you believe to be true. Transmissions containing a virus or other harmful component are strictly forbidden. We assume no responsibility for material appearing in any community on Gypsy & Jazz, except for material signed by us.
Registration
Registration may be suspended or terminated in case of any inappropriate use of Gypsy & Jazz.

Any materials on Gypsy & Jazz are provided “as is” with no warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the effectiveness of the ideas or success strategies of Gypsy & Jazz. There is no warranty that Gypsy & Jazz will always operate in a manner that is uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be repaired, or that Gypsy & Jazz or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction to your system.
Limitation of Liability

Guest Teachers and Content
We are not liable or responsible for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused to guest teachers in connection with the display of their photo, name, or biography posted on Gypsy & Jazz or in our marketing materials.
No Professional Advice
You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results in life, and by your use of Gypsy & Jazz, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions, or results.
Refund Policy
Gypsy & Jazz offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our training, you may request a full refund within 30 days. All products and services of Gypsy & Jazz are solely for educational purposes. None of the content or curriculum is a guarantee of results or earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice.
Parental Permission
Gypsy & Jazz is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parental control is recommended to limit internet access. Users under 18 may require parental or guardian consent to participate in Gypsy & Jazz courses.
Confidentiality and Non-Competition
All content of Gypsy & Jazz is proprietary and protected by copyright. Users agree not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach, or train using Gypsy & Jazz materials without express written permission. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Jerusalem, Israel.
